Hitapps is in search of a Creative Producer whom we confidently entrust with the task of working on creative videos for our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop concepts and write technical briefs for various channels, generate new ideas and hypotheses;

  • Interpret key business indicators and make informed conclusions regarding product performance and development;

  • Test and adapt hypotheses for UA creatives, continuously study the target audience;

  • Detail scenarios and collaborate with video production teams;

  • Track trends and analyze the visual aspects of the market (via Sensor Tower/App Annie).


Why you?

We are currently in search of a Head of Marketing whose mission will be to drive the growth of our games.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the launch, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns;

  • Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns and channels;

  • Collaborating with product teams to define KPIs for advertising campaigns;

  • Coordinating the work of the team;

  • Formulating and testing hypotheses and analyzing results;

  • Managing and allocating the user acquisition budget, experimenting with new channels.

Why you?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in gamedev, particularly in promoting games through platforms like Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, ASA;

  • Knowledge and understanding of calculating mobile metrics: CPA, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc;

  • Understanding of how ad network auctions work;

  • Experience with ROAS campaigns;

  • Experience in budget management, reporting on results, and forecasting future business impact;

Currently, we are in search of a Senior UA Manager whom we will entrust with the development of our games.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and launching advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads;

  • Acquiring traffic from other sources;

  • Evaluating the quality of acquired audiences according to KPIs;

  • Collaborating with the motion team for the creation and testing of creatives;

  • Formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing their results.

Why you?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Facebook for mobile games with IAA/IAP monetization and budgets of $100k+ per month;

  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads (auction mechanics, optimizers, campaign scaling, creative testing, etc.);

  • Understanding of mobile analytics principles, experience with AppsFlyer/Adjust;

  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile metric calculations, including CPA, ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, CVR, Retention, etc;

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;

  • Goal-oriented with responsibility for the results of your work, collaborating within the UA team and with related departments, sharing knowledge and experience;

  • Experience with SRN channels and ad video networks and understanding of their auction mechanics will be a plus;

  • English level — Intermediate+
